Permitted use
SendByAninchi is intended for permission-based newsletter and client campaign sending. Uploaded audiences must have a lawful basis and valid consent or other permitted basis.
Prohibited sending
The production service should prohibit purchased lists, deceptive sender identities, unlawful content, harassment, malware, and campaigns that create elevated complaint or bounce risk.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting account access, reviewing campaign content, and ensuring sender details and unsubscribe links are correct before sending.
