Personal data handled
The app will handle account data, subscriber emails, names, tags, consent records, campaign events, unsubscribe status, bounce and complaint events, and operational audit logs.
Purpose
Data is used to manage newsletter audiences, send campaigns, keep suppression lists, measure delivery and engagement, and honor unsubscribe or data-rights requests.
Processors and integrations
Email delivery provider, database provider, hosting provider, and analytics/logging providers are not integrated yet and must be listed here before production use.
Rights and retention
Production policy must define retention periods and the process for access, rectification, deletion, objection, export, and unsubscribe requests.
